Gifts
We offer complimentary gift wrapping and will deliver your order efficiently to the place of your choice.
We specialise in designing baby gift boxes and sending to offices, home or the hospital. Please visit the Gift section on our website to view the gift package ideas on offer. Or email us a unique selection of items to include in your gift box order.
We also offer a baby shower gift registry service - just email the store your gift registry details (and all of the items you would like included) and we will set it up for you. All of your baby shower guests will receive 10% off their purchase.

Payment
The most popular form of payment is by credit card using our secure website ordering process (128bit SSL secure). You can also call us and provide your credit card details over the phone for us to process. Note your credit card details are always discarded immediately after purchase to protect your security.
Delivery
Free delivery Australia-wide for all orders over $150 that are less than 2kg in weight.
*If your order is less than $150 in total or weighs over 2kg and less than 5kg in weight there is a flat $10 Australia-wide delivery fee.
*If your order is over 5kg in weight we will confirm your delivery fee once you place your order. We will confirm the delivery charge with you prior to finalising the order or processing any payment.
*Orders placed will be processed and picked up by a courier or sent via Australia Post within 24 hours unless the stock item you order is not currently in stock (if this is the case we will contact you to advise of the waiting time and check your requirements).
*If you live in a major metro or regional centre you should receive your item within 3 business days of making your order. If you live in Perth or in a more remote location please allow 7-10 business days.

International Orders (outside Australia). Orders sent outside Australia are sent by express air mail via Australia Post. All international orders are charged $25 (AUS), however if the international freighting company charges differ to this we will advise and request acceptance prior to confirming and processing your order.

Loss or damage is rare and is not covered. If you would like to insure your parcel please advise us with your order by emailing us at info@cocoonliving.com Insurance charged is AUD$7.00 for every $100 in value.

A general guide for international delivery charges:-

New Zealand - $10 (500g) up to $35 (2kg)

Asia Pacific - $15 (500g) up to $40 (2kg)

USA/Canada/Middle East - $20 (500g) up to $55 (2kg)

Rest of the World - $25 (500g) up to $70 (2kg)

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your order but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations or you need to exchange a size, you may return goods providing they are unused, in a resaleable condition with all tags attached. Please return items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund with postage of items at your cost. Please include a note outlining the reason for your return, so we can improve our service to you. Any item/s returned more than 14 days after purchase will not be returnable. Please be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment, as we can not be responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost en route to our store.

Upon receipt of returned items, Cocoon Petite Living will send you your exchanged goods or credit note. If you have returned due to a change of mind or incorrect size, we will courier you the exchanged goods and charge the additional delivery cost.
